Business Drive is a dedicated provider of:

  • High-quality Executive Airport Transfer services.
  • Professional, timely, and efficient transport for business professionals and individuals to and from airports.
  • Stress-free transit experience with customer satisfaction as our highest priority.
  1. Payment and Pricing

Payment options for the convenience of our customers include:

  • Credit or debit card transactions.
  • For our corporate clients, we extend invoice payment facilities with a due date 30 days from the date of the invoice.
  1. Cancellations and No Shows

Our policy regarding cancellations and no-shows is as follows:

  • In the event of a booking cancellation occurring less than 24 hours before the scheduled collection or arrival time, we may, at our discretion, opt to levy the full fare charge. In cases where payment has been made in advance, we may choose not to provide a refund.

  • Should a booking cancellation happen between 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled collection or arrival time, we reserve the discretionary right to impose a charge amounting to 50% of the total fare. If the fare has been prepaid, a refund equivalent to 50% of the fare will be issued.

  • For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the set collection or arrival time, a full refund will be granted if the fare has been paid in advance. Please note that any costs we incur in processing this refund will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  1. Waiting Time and Route Changes

Our policy for waiting times and route changes is:

  • A grace period of 30 minutes for all pickups, free of charge.
  • Waiting time is charged at £30 per hour, broken down into quarter-hour increments, after the grace period.
  • For airport pickups, waiting time charges may apply from one hour after the documented landing time.
  1. Responsibility and Liability

Our policy on damages and spillages:

  • Any accident causing spillages or stains in our vehicles: Clients will be charged for the valeting costs plus an additional 50% for the time taken to restore the vehicle.
  • Any damage to our vehicles due to client negligence will be charged accordingly.
  1. Data Protection

Business Drive is committed to:

  • Safeguarding the privacy of our customers.
  • Ensuring that customer information is held confidentially and is not shared with any third party without explicit owner permission.
  • Complying with the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998 in our data handling processes.
  1. Licenses and Insurance

Business Drive ensures that:

  • All our drivers are professionally licensed by Local Authorities.
  • All our vehicles comply with necessary safety standards and are covered by Public Liability Insurance.
  • We hold an Operators Licence issued by South Cambridgeshire District Council.
  1. Complaints Policy & Procedure

In case of complaints:

  • Please write to us at admin@business-drive.co.uk, detailing your complaint comprehensively.
  • We pledge to investigate thoroughly and respond to you with our findings within 14 days.
  • If the issue persists, we will advise on how to escalate the complaint through our local licensing authority.
